Manchester City Secure Pre-Contract Agreement for Tino Livramento
Manchester City have completed a €50 million pre-contract agreement to sign Newcastle United full-back Tino Livramento ahead of the summer transfer window. Pep Guardiola moved swiftly to secure the highly-rated England international, who has impressed since joining Newcastle from Southampton.
