Lomax, who originally signed a four-year, $2.6 million deal with the Eels beginning in 2025, was earning approximately $650,000 per season under his current contract. That agreement was set to expire in 2028, but after a series of impressive displays, Parramatta has moved swiftly to renegotiate improved terms. The new deal adds two more years to his tenure and significantly boosts his salary to around $850,000 per year, valuing the new agreement at approximately $3.4 million over four years (2027–2030).
The Eels’ decision to extend and upgrade Lomax’s deal demonstrates their intent to build a strong, stable core around key talents as they continue to chase premiership success.
